Taskforce Expands into New State-of-the-Art Facility

August, 2018. Taskforce BPO is proud to announce the opening of our new state-of-the-art office building. Due to our remarkable growth we gladly invested in a bigger and better facility that was also designed to meet HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) standards.

In addition, we are working to become ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certified in Management Quality and IT Security. Finally, we plan to provide SOC 2 Report for our future clients that are governed under SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) regulations in order to fully serve clients in the accounting and banking financial sectors.

Insurance/Quality Control Services
Among our new customers we have also added one of the fastest growing and largest independent insurance brokerage firms in the US with offices in 30 states and 2 other countries.
Health Care Services
We are one of the few companies in the world to pioneer and perfect Real-Time Medical Coding and we did it for a Top 10 Urgent Care Center Chain in America. We have recently expanded our coding services with new clients in Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Emergency and a wide range of specialized Surgical procedures. In addition, our existing clients have asked us to take on more of their Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) tasks as well as physician credentialing, professional in-bound medical care customer support and virtual medical scribes.
Soon we will have 200 employees here at Taskforce and with our new facility we are able to handle hundreds more in the most professional environment possible.
